Please note, if your order contains both XL and standard items, it may be split between the two carriers.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days to metro cities (excluding NT) after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days to metro cities (excluding NT) after dispatch.

Orders are shipped from Sydney Metro (2765) via Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframe: 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

PO Box Restrictions: Please note that XL items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

We’ve dedicated significant effort to perfecting our packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

However, if your item is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

We’ve extended our no-questions-asked return policy to 60 days, allowing you to order risk-free.
