Before You Contact Us

Most enquiries can be resolved quickly through our Returns & Warranty Portal:

Initiate Warranty / Return

  • Returns: 60-day return period on new, unused items (exclusions apply).
  • Cost of Return: $14 flat-rate within Australia. Larger items (e.g. Amani Add-on Unit PRO, LUXE Hollywood Mirror, Floor Mirrors) require a custom quote.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your parcel (may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account).
  • Preorder: Please check the product page of your item for expected timeframes for when your item will be delivered. All times are updated directly on our website product pages and are as stated. 
  • Exclusions: Vanity Table sales are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Warranty Claims

  • Professional Ring Lights & Large Vanity Mirrors: 3 years
  • Small Vanity Mirrors: 1 year
  • Vanity Tables & Other Products: 1 year
  • Warranty covers manufacturing faults only (not accidental damage).
  • Freight damage: must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of product, packaging, and shipping label.

Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for enquiry
  3. For tracking enquiries: Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for a dispatch email first. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Tracking codes starting with EST are sent via Allied Express; others via Australia Post.
  4. For faulty/warranty issues: Attach photos/videos showing the fault so our team can assess and resolve quickly.
