What is your return period?

Our return period is 60-days. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

How much does it cost to return items?

All Australian returns are a flat rate of $14.

Select 'Initiate a Return' above to print a shipping label. The $14 will be deducted from your refund per parcel. Please note if you are returning more than 1 parcel you will need to contact support for additional instructions.

Please note that our Amani Add-on Unit PRO, LUXE Hollywood Mirror, and all Floor Mirrors are excluded from flat rate $14 returns due to their size. Please contact our customer service team to organise a return of these items. Please note the cost of return shipping is subject to the item and location, and will be deducted from the refund/credit note amount.

How do I process a return?

Select 'Initiate Return' above to begin the process.
Be sure to include a note in the returning parcel with the order information (Order number, Order name, Reason for Return).

How do I process an international return?

All shipping costs associated will be at the expense of the buyer. Any missing item/s will be accounted for within the refund. If the return is not in its original packaging (box and styrofoam), a $10 restock fee will be charged (re-packaging cost) per item.

How long does it take to process a return?

It usually takes between 5-7 business days to process a return once we receive it.
Please note that if the order details are missing from the parcel the return will take longer to process or could be deemed an unknown return.

Returning a gift?

Please choose the Gift Return section and our team will be in touch.
You will need the order information (order number and postcode), or alternatively you can choose the 'Gift Return - Don't have order information'. 
Please note that we are unable to exchange items, you will need to return the item to us and we will then issue you a credit note for you to purchase a new item of your choice. Please note for the new order shipping costs will apply.  

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is processed it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

Return exclusion

Vanity Table sales are final, and are not eligible for a Change of Mind Return. They cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. We appreciate your understanding. 

Exchanges

I ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this point in time. However, you're welcome to return any new and unused items within 60-days for a refund and then place an order for the new item.

Faulty & Damaged Items

What do I do if I received a faulty or damaged item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty or damaged item.

Each item is assessed on a case by case basis. Please take a photo/video of the fault or damage and send it to us through this form to be assessed by our team. You can see our full policy for faulty and damaged items in our Terms & Conditions.
