What is your return period?
60 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Floor mirrors, LUXE Hollywood Mirror, vanity tables and Amani Add-on PRO cannot be returned for change of mind. Full policy
How much does a return cost?
$14 per parcel, deducted from a refund. Free if you take store credit, and we add a $20 bonus.
Can I exchange?
No. Return for store credit and place a new order.
How do I return?
Click Initiate Warranty / Return above. Put a note with your order number inside the parcel.
International?
Email support@luvostore.com.au first. Shipping is at your cost.
How long does a refund take?
5 to 7 business days after your return arrives or your claim is approved.
Warranty Claims
3 years on large vanity mirrors, ring lights, GlowArc and Valise; 1 year on everything else. Click Initiate Warranty / Return and upload a short video of the fault and a photo of the batch sticker. Most claims are resolved without sending anything back. Full policy
Arrived damaged?
Lodge a claim within 7 days with photos of the product, batch number, box and shipping label.
