Flood Update Feb 28, 2022:

Due to the major flooding in South East QLD and Northern NSW over the weekend there are significant impacts on the postal services and their ability to operate and deliver to these areas, and to Queensland as a whole.
Many services are currently unable to reach their depots, sorting houses etc. and available workforce has been affected by many staff and drivers have been flooded in, or evacuated.
Freight to be delivered to Brisbane, the whole of Queensland and Northern Rivers area of New South Wales, as far down as Coffs Harbour until further notice has either been significantly delayed to temporarily suspended by a number of services. As you can appreciate, the delivery services can not currently deliver to these areas. Please allow additional time due to these delays, for delivery.



Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.


How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

Orders placed before 9am will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Covid situation and restrictions in Sydney, our warehouse is currently experiencing slight delays of up to 5-7 business days in despatching orders. Please be assured our team is devoted to shipping out orders as fast and safe as possible. We do sincerely apologise for these delays and any inconvenience they may cause!


How long will it take to receive my item?

Standard Shipping - 10-14 Business Days from dispatch
Express Shipping - 1-5 Business Days from disparch (With Express Post most express post items are delivered within approximately 5-7 business days to most metro areas. If you choose express post, once dispatched, your order will be sent on the fastest service available. No refunds will be provided due to postal delays that are out of our control.)

PLEASE NOTE: There are currently shipping delays with Australia Post due to the current Covid situation. Please allow additional time for your parcels to be delivered. We are not able to offer a refund on shipping should you experience any delays.
