I recently purchased a vanity stool from Luvo. It was my first time purchasing something from them and I was extremely pleased with my first experience. They delivered much quicker than anticipated and the stool itself was very elegant and added a touch of luxury to my room. Definitely a returning customer!
The item I bought was a present for my bestfriend and she loved it! But what Im most impressed about is the customer service. I had issues with delivery because I gave an incomplete address. The Luvo team had been very responsive with my inquiries and sent an email of a follow up (not all does it). So im thankful, despite the late delivery, it wasnt as stressful as the team were very reassuring. Thanks again! Though, is it possible to have a direct contact ? other than email? :)
