Entry for the competition is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be over 13 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Luvo may choose an alternate winner if parental consent is not obtained. 

How To Enter

To enterLuvoween 2021, you must complete the following steps: 

• Follow @luvostore on Instagram
• Post the photo or video on Instagram with the hashtag #luvoween2021
• Submit Halloween looks from 2021, 1 look qualifies as 1 entry

The photo or video must be submitted during the promotional period. The photo or video can be a look that was created for the event, or a previous pre-existing look from 2021. To enter an older look from 2021, update the caption to say #luvoween2021 and follow the rules as stated.

Entrants must ensure their Instagram account privacy setting is set to public to be eligible for this Promotion. 

Guidelines and Restrictions 

1. You must post the photo or video onto your feed. 

1. You can do the look on your own face or on a model. The model must have given consent to participate in the competition. 

1. Your use of or reference to Luvo Store’s products will not positively impact the winner determination process

You may enter in unlimited entries over the promotional period. Each entry must be a different look to be valid.

Determining the Winner 

• The Luvo Store team will judge the entries over the promotional period 
• The Luvo Store team will decide on 3 winners (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place).

Winner Notification 

The winner will be notified via their Instagram account on Sunday 7th of November. They will be tagged by us on our storyand feed postand sent an Instagram DM. They must claim their prize within 7 business days of the judging. Luvo has the right to reassign a prize if a winner is underage and has not provided parental consent. 

Unclaimed Prizes 

The promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to the next best judged entry, conduct a further judging to award the prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize. 

OtherTermsAnd Conditions 

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 

1. Entrants provide their consent to Luvo Store to use the entered looks for promotional material, social media and the Luvo Store website (www.luvostore.com.au) 

1. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date. Entries are deemed received before the End Date. 

1. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. 

1. If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the person must provide parental or legal guardian consent. Luvo Store reserves the right to choose a new winner if the person is unable to provide this. 

1. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best and record them in order in the case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. 

1. The winners will be determined by skill. The decision made by the Luvo Store team is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winners. 

1. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. 

1. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified byLuvo Store, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize andLuvo Storeis not obliged to substitute the prize.

1. Mecca Brands is not associated or affiliated with Luvo Store and is notsponsoring or affiliated with the Promotion. The Mecca Gift Card prizes are paid for by Luvo Store. 

1. Prizes include only the item as described on the website. No additional makeup products are included with any Luvo Store products. 

1. No entry fee is charged byLuvo Store to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider. 

1. Luvo Storereserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place ofresidence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required byLuvo Storeto validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will atLuvo Store’sdiscretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe anythird party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
